Patient Information

The facility provides care for patients without discrimination, including, but not necessarily limited to, the following:

Patients will be treated without regard to race, color, creed, sex, national origin, disability, sexual orientation or gender identity.

Employees, volunteers and medical staff will be assigned to patients, regardless of race, color, creed, sex, national origin or sexual orientation.

All patients shall receive the same level of care based on their diagnosis, treatment needs, care planning and all other aspects of patient care.

Medical staff privileges will not be denied or removed from professionally qualified personnel on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, marital status, national origin, disability or sexual orientation.

We will provide free aids and services to help you communicate with us. You can ask for interpreters and/or for communications in other languages or formats such as large print. We also provide reasonable modifications for persons with disabilities. Please inform your physician’s office when scheduling surgery so accommodations may be scheduled or call the center at 301-240-1951.

If you believe we have failed to provide these services or discriminated in another way you may send your complaint to the Civil Rights Coordinator:
